INGREDIENTS:

2 cup ( 230 g ) blackberry
2 cups ( 230 g ) black currant
2 cup ( 230 g ) blueberry
1 vanilla pod
1 1/2 cup 4 tbsp ( 180 g ) all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup 4 tbsp ( 180 g ) soft butter
1 1/2 cup and 4 tbsp ( 180 g ) regular sugar


Heat your oven to 200°C / 392°F. Scrape the vanilla beans from the pod and mix it with 1 tbsp sugar. Put all the berries in a bowl and mix carefully with the vanilla sugar. Place the coated berries in a pie pan. Mix the flour, sugar and butter, with your hands, until it looks like crumbs. I like to do this with my hands because I think the end result is better. With your fingers 'crumble' the dough on the berries until you can't see them anymore. Bake for 25 minutes or until the berries bobbles and the crumble is light brown. Eat with vanilla ice cream.
