INGREDIENTS:

2 cups ( 200 g ) all purpose flour
1 tbsp regular sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla powder
3 eggs
2 cups ( 4 dl ) milk
3 tbsp beer
Butter


Put milk and eggs in a bowl and whip until combined. Sift the flour into the bowl and add rest of the ingredients. The consistency of the batter should be quite thin. Whip again until everything is combined. Heat your frying pan with 1/2 tsp butter on it. It's very important that the pan is hot when you start. ( Medium heat ) Pour some batter on to the frying pan, but not too much, the crepe is supposed to be thin. Swirl the mixture around to cover the entire pan. Flip over when you see the edges of the crepe starting to brown a bit. Cook for 1 minute on the other side and then it's done. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. ( Remember to add butter between each crepe ) Eat them with jam, sugar, Nutella or ice cream.
