INGREDIENTS:

14 oz ( 400 g ) marzipan
6 tbsp of Baileys
5 - 6 tbsp of powdered sugar
More powdered sugar to roll the truffles in


Grate the marzipan and put it in a bowl. Add Baileys and powdered sugar. Mix until fully combined. Make small balls of the mixture and roll them in powdered sugar.
