CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


INGREDIENTS:

2/3 cup ( 150 g ) butter, at room temperature
1 cup ( 200 g ) regular sugar
1/2 cup and one tbsp ( 110 g ) dark brown sugar
2 egg
3 1/4 cup ( 400 g ) All-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
7 oz ( 200 g ) dark chocolate


Heat oven to 180°C / 356°F. Beat regular sugar and butter in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add dark brown sugar and the egg and beat until smooth. Mix flour and baking powder and add it to the mixture. Stir in chopped chocolate. Roll evenly sized balls and put on a piece of baking paper. Don't forget to leave some space between cookies as they float out. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Let them cool of a bit.
