INGREDIENTS:
100 g soft butter
135 g sugar
2 eggs
170 g flour
30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
60 g dark chocolate
1 dl milk

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
200 g philadelphia
5 dl heavy cream
200 g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
60 g chocolate
5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Different berries (raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, red currant, blueberry)
Powdered sugar


Chop the chocolate. Melt the butter on low heat. When it's melted take it off the heat and mix in the chopped dark chocolate - mix until the chocolate is melted. Whip the soft butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix until fluffy and light. Now add the chocolate and butter mixture, mix until it’s fully mixed in. You can now slowly add the milk and mix until smooth again. Add all the dry ingredients and mix. Spoon batter into cupcake liners and bake for 15 minutes. When the cupcakes are done let them cool off completely.

Chop the chocolate and melt it. Set aside until it is at room temperature. In a bigger bowl, add philadelphia cream cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla paste and cocoa powder. Whip until it’s thick and creamy. Now add the cooled down melted chocolate and whip again until it’s all combined. Add the frosting to a piping bag fitted with a wide circular tip. Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes and decorate with berries. Add a bit of powdered sugar and the cupcakes are ready.
